Crews, not classifieds

Every listing is a real crew with a completed profile: systems worked, crew size, service area and credentials on file. You know what you are getting before you pick up the phone.

Questions

Straight answers.

What is Crew Master Roofing Directory?

Crew Master Roofing Directory is a membership directory that connects roofing contractors with roofing crews. Members list the systems they run, their crew size and the markets they cover, and contractors search that board to find labor for a specific job.

How much does a membership cost?

There are four memberships. Contractors pay $120 a month or $1,200 a year. Subcontractors pay $100 a month or $1,000 a year. Crew leaders pay $50 a month or $500 a year. Crew members pay $25 a month or $250 a year.

Pay for a full year up front and you are billed for ten months instead of twelve.

What roofing systems are covered?

Fifteen systems. Steep slope covers shingles, woodshake, tile, steel, metal and synthetic. Low slope covers modified, torchdown, built-up, TPO, PVC, EPDM and hot mops. Specialty covers coatings and solar.

How do crews enter the directory?

Crews sign up the same way everyone else does: choose the membership that matches the role, pay, and get a welcome email that walks through the profile.

The profile is what puts a crew on the board: systems worked, crew size, markets covered and credentials. A profile that is not complete does not show up in search.

How do you know a crew is qualified?

Every crew states the systems they run and the size of the crew, and backs it with credentials on file. Nothing is scraped from another site or auto imported.

Contractors see that record before they call, so the conversation starts with a crew that already matches the job.

Who can join Crew Master?

Four roles: roofing contractors hiring crews, subcontractors taking on work, crew leaders running a crew, and individual crew members. Each role has its own membership tier.

What happens right after I pay?

You get a welcome email with a step by step for filling out your profile. Once it is complete you are on the board and can start searching.

Does Crew Master hire crews or handle the contract?

No. Crew Master is a directory. It introduces contractors and crews and is not a party to any agreement, payment or contract between them. Members negotiate scope, price and terms directly with each other.
